Margaritaville Nashville to open in summer 2019

The newest Margaritaville will offer a tropical escape in the heart of Music City.

Margaritaville Nashville Hotel is currently under development in Nashville’s thriving South of Broadway (SoBro) downtown district. Scheduled to open in summer 2019, the $82 million development will serve as a casual-luxe urban escape for both neighborhood residents and travelers from around the world.

Centrally positioned onehalf block south of the Music City Center, Margaritaville Nashville Hotel brings a unique concept to the area with a “no worries” tropical vibe. The 12-story property, inspired by the lyrics and lifestyle of singer, songwriter, and bestselling author Jimmy Buffett, will feature 217 guestrooms including 52 Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham timeshare units; a rooftop relaxation and entertainment area with a pool, sundeck, fire pits, and live entertainment; a 24-hour fitness center; and two first-ever Margaritaville dining concepts: FINS Beach Bar and JWB Grill.

The hotel will include more than 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space, an ideal location for special events and small meetings. The hotel is positioned in close proximity to primary meeting and social venues within the market including The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium, The Frist Center for the Visual Arts, and Schermerhorn Symphony Center. In addition, the Nashville Convention Center is only half a mile away.

Being in the heart of Nashville’s SoBro district, Margaritaville Nashville Hotel will offer`visitors a prime location within walking distance of desirable entertainment and cultural attractions.
