Sleep Inn expands footprint in Northwest U.S.

Choice Hotels International, Inc. continues the growth of its proven midscale Sleep Inn brand with the opening of a 76-room, three-story hotel in Chiloquin, Oregon. The Sleep Inn brand has nearly 550 properties open or in the pipeline globally, with hotels that have opened this year in Houston, Denver, and Sarasota, Florida. The brand is also expected to expand to Fort Worth, Texas, and Tampa, Florida, later this year.

Located at 34333 U.S. Highway 97 North, the Sleep Inn & Suites Chiloquin is owned and operated by the Kla-Mo-Ya Casino.

The hotel is near several art galleries, restaurants, and retail shops, as well as Collier Memorial State Park, Crater Lake National Park, and the Train Mountain Railroad. It is also within driving distance to Klamath Falls and the Klamath Marsh National Wildlife Refuge.

The Sleep Inn & Suites Chiloquin features the brand’s refreshed Designed to Dream prototype, which provides a timeless, simply stylish, nature-inspired aesthetic that appeals to guests in addition to an efficient footprint with the lowest build costs in the midscale segment for owners.
