This site is created and operated by Hotel Publishers, LLC (“HP”), and is collectively referred to herein as the “Site.” By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this Agreement. In addition, when using this website’s particular services (“Services”), you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service (“TOS”).

The Services are not intended for users under the age of 13, and HP does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under the age of 13. Such users are expressly prohibited from submitting their personally identifiable information to us, and from using the Site’s public areas. Any information submitted by such users will not knowingly be used, posted, or retained by HP.

ANY PARTICIPATION IN THIS SITE WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

You specifically acknowledge and agree that HP is not liable for any conduct of any user.

such disclosure is required by law or legal process.

an identification of the copyrighted work and the location on the Site of the allegedly infringing work;
a written statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;

The failure of HP to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision is deemed to be unlawful or unenforceable, that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. This Agreement has been made in and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with North Carolina law and operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. Any action to enforce this Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in the state of North Carolina.
